Shipping
We offer USPS First Class (2-5 days) for a flat rate of $7 and USPS Select Ground (2-8 days) for $10.
We are pleased to offer free shipping for U.S. orders over $200.
Please note that USPS' shipping time is separate from our fulfillment time. Refer to your order confirmation for an estimate on how many business days it will take for your order to ship.
We encourage you to schedule a hair appointment after you receive an order shipping confirmation.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your items are dispatched. Please contact USPS for further instructions.

Yes. As a small brand, we're doing our best to make sure as many people as possible can purchase bundles. If your order exceeds 30 bundles, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled before dispatching.
Our hair, while primarily shown in braids, can be used to create a variety of styles such as twist and faux locs.
Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope you enjoy your plant-based hair extensions! We understand that it may not be for everyone, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges to maintain safety and sanitation standards. We encourage you to give your bundles to a friend to try!
If your items are damaged or faulty upon delivery, we will reship your order, free of charge.
If your order is returned to us due to an invalid address according to the courier, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping. However, if you don't want us to reship your order, we'll provide a refund minus the shipping charge.
Recycling
Rebundle, in its verb form, means to sustainably dispose of plastic synthetic hair by mailing it to us for proper disposal.
Please see the diagram here for step-by-step instructions.
We accept all brands, colors, and lengths of plastic synthetic hair as long as it is not on a weft (i.e. wigs and human hair weaves). We do not recycle our plant-based braiding hair, either.
Your plastic synthetic hair will be recycled into outdoor furniture, decking, and more.
If you are a manufacturer, retailer, or distributor of plastic synthetic hair and would like to offer recycling to your customers, email us at ready2@rebundle.co.
We do not use the collected plastic synthetic hair in our plant-based braiding hair at all.
